Create a weekly queue
Open **Queue**, choose an IANA timezone such as Europe/Bratislava, add weekly day-and-time slots, and save. Prepost calculates each occurrence in that timezone, including daylight-saving changes.
In **Composer**, choose **Next queue slot** to reserve the nearest free time. Already scheduled posts are skipped. If no slot is available in the next 21 days, add another slot or schedule an exact time.
Schedule posts with local media
Open **Bulk scheduling**, add up to 25 local images or videos, write one caption per file, and select the connected accounts. Each file becomes one post. You can place the posts into the weekly queue or choose an exact first time and a fixed interval.
Files use the same private upload and processing flow as the composer. If a row fails while it is being created, Prepost removes the unfinished post and any new unused upload from that row.
Prepare a CSV import
Open **Bulk scheduling** and download the template. The importer accepts up to 100 text posts with these columns:

Use queue as scheduled_at to choose the next free queue slot. Otherwise provide a future date and time together with its timezone.
Review before creating
Prepost validates the entire file before it creates anything. Fix invalid rows, check the target account IDs and times, and only then start scheduling. Each row reports its own result, so one failed row does not hide successful ones.
Remote media URLs are intentionally not supported. Use local files, the composer, or the public API so file ownership and retention remain clear.
Safety limit
A user can create up to 100 posts in a rolling hour across the dashboard, API, MCP, and bulk importer.
