Keep brands separate
Each workspace has its own connected accounts, posts, calendar, queue, API keys, and team. Use the workspace selector in the dashboard navigation to move between brands or clients.
Invite a teammate
Open **Team**, enter the person's email address, choose a role, and send the invitation. Invitations expire after seven days and can be revoked before they are accepted. The recipient must sign in with the same email address that was invited.
The beta workspace limit is ten people, including pending invitations.
Choose a role
- **Owner** controls the workspace and cannot be removed by another member. - **Admin** can help manage members and daily workspace activity. - **Member** can work with content and connected accounts without managing the workspace owner.
Never share a personal password or login code. Every teammate should use their own Prepost account.
Remove access
Owners and admins can remove eligible members from **Team**. Access stops immediately. Posts and shared workspace content remain in the workspace.
